Buyer & Cellar
by Jonathan Tolins
directed by Thom Schnarre

A one-man comedy set in the mall in Barbra Streisand's basement. Hear about the experiences of Alex More, who has a unique, if lonely, job working in the personalized mall in the Malibu cellar of a beloved megastar. Things take a turn when his only customer (the “Funny Lady” herself) visits the basement and befriends her young clerk. It’s a funny and
fanciful tale of decadence and isolation in a make-believe universe that only a chosen few are allowed to enter. The Chicago Tribune says the show “is . . . a lot of laugh-out-loud fun.”
